I am James and I am a Mobile app developer

I am live in Nairobi, Kenya. I started my software engineer journey in 2020 and I really loved the experience of actually making this and seeing the work. I would love to make a change to the world through technology as it is the basis of the new era of human revolution. Besides coding, love hiking a lot and going out on Adventures. I also do nature photography. You can also tell I love sunsets and riding bicycles. Cheers!

My Services

Flutter Development

I am very proficient in Flutter development using Dart. I have been using practising on this field since the beginning of 2023. As I interacted with the language and the framework I came to learn and use Firestore and Firebase as backend for mobile applications. I have also understood application state management using tools like Providers. Some of the projects are available on my Github repository.

Backend using Python and Golang

I have been using Django and Flask framework from Python since 2020 from models to create restful and graphql APIs. It is very interesting and fun to learn. I have made projects like an E-commerce website, Todo list , blogging website and real-time chat applications, corporate airtime disbursement system and an international money remittance platform. Web Development using React and Next.js

I have experience in Web development since 2021 through making a number of projects including an international money remittance platform, a corporate airtime disbursement system, a blogging website, a Saas for enabling people to summarize their documents using AI. I have also integrated payment gateways like Stripe and Paypal in my projects.

I have picked up a lot of skill in my journey as a developer. I have used the all but not limited to the tools and programming languages as shown to make softwares for startups, contracts, hackathons, personal projects, class projects and group projects.
